THINGS YOU NEED :
4 SLICES OF CARROTS
4 CUPS OF WATER
1 DRIED PEPPERMINT OR TEA BAG
BOIL THE 4 SLICES OR CARROTS WITH 4 CUPS OF WATER AND THE DRY MINT OR TEA BAG . TURN THE HEAT TO MEDIUM - LOW AND COOK IT FOR ABOUT 15 MIN UNTIL THE CARROTS BECOME SOFT (IF YOU USE A TEA BAG REMOVE IT ) MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER UNTIL SMOOTH . YOU CAN ALSO ADD A SQUEEZE SOME LEMON FOR FLAVOR .
