WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY ...

SO WE ALL GET THAT MOMENT IN TIME WERE WE ARE FED UP THE WAY OUR BODY'S LOOK AND WANT TO LOOSE SOME POUNDS ... IVE BEEN ON THIS WEIGTH LOSS JOURNEY MY SELF I'M A MOM OF 3 BOYS AND I'M 25 AND I REACHED A POINT WERE I SAID THAT I CANT NO LONGER KEEP LOOKING LIKE THIS SO I STARTED WATCHING HOW I EAT AND EXERCISE MORE . I WENT FROM 148 TO 128 . AND MY GOAL IS TO GET TO 120 .. I'M ALMOST THERE SO HERE ARE SOME EXERCISES THAT CAN HELP YOU LOOSE SOME POUNDS ....

  • 10 PUSH UPS 
  • 20 SIT UPS 
  • 25 SQUATS 
  • 20 LUNGES (10 PER LEG)
  • 80 JUMPING JACKS 
  • 60 SECOND WALL SIT
