GREEN SHAKE !

 SO SOME OF US ARE TRYING TO LOOSE SOME POUNDS AND TRYING TO GET OUR VEGIS ON A DAILY BASIS .. SO DRINKING  A GREEN SHAKE EVERY MORNING WILL GIVE YOU A GREAT WAY TO START TO CLEANSE YOUR BODY AND TO START A HEALTHY LIFE STYLE TO LOO SOME POUNDS ..

WHAT YOU NEED:
1/2 OF WATER 
1/3 OF ROMAINE 
1 HANDFUL SPINACH 
2 TABLESPOONS OF PARSLEY 
1 STALK OF CELERY 
1/2 GRANNY SMITH APPLE 
1/2 LEMON PEELED 
1/2 CUCUMBER SEEDED 
1/2 OF YOGURT OR 1/2 AVOCADO 
 IN A HIGH SPEED BLENDER COMBINE THE FIRST 4 INGREDIENTS (water through parsley) BLED ON HIGH SPEED FOR 30 SECONDS. ADD REMAINING FRUITS AND VEGETABLES AND BLEND UNTIL COMBINED .. ADD YOGURT IF USING AND AND BLEND FOR A COUPLE SECONDS 

DELICIOUS ADDITIONS :
1/2 FROZEN BANANA 
STRAWBERRIES 
BLUEBERRIES 
KIWI (if you like the tart shake )
PINEAPPLE 
1 KALE LEAVE 
1 TABLESPOON OF CHIA SEED OR FLAX SEED
